Fulton County Jail Responds After 4 Inmates Test Positive For COVID-19

The Fulton County Jail announced Thursday that four inmates had tested positive for COVID-19.

The inmates with the virus are reportedly being quarantined together in the jail.

Officials say the facility has strict cleaning protocols and its private health care providers are monitoring the most vulnerable detainees.

Lt. Col. Adam Lee, assistant chief jailer at Fulton County Jail, joined “Closer Look” host Rose Scott by phone from the jail Friday for a conversation about what he and his staff are doing to prevent further spread of the illness.
