Braves’ New Development To Feature Well-Known Local Chefs

The Atlanta Braves unveiled some details today about the mixed-used development planned next to their new stadium in Cobb County.

“The Battery: Atlanta” will be the development’s name. Among the big culinary names setting up shop will be Linton Hopkins of Restaurant Eugene and Holeman and Finch Public House and the Fox Brothers of the famous self-titled barbecue restaurant, whose food will appear on the menu of the Tomahawk Taproom.

There’s no word yet from the Braves on the construction timeline for the project, but team officials have said the adjacent stadium will be ready for opening day 2017.
