  Metro Atlanta’s home market continues to improve, at a rate better than the national average.  But, according to an analysis by CityLab (a project of The Atlantic), Atlanta’s real estate recovery is not being felt across the income spectrum.  CityLab found Atlanta has one of the lowest percentages of available affordable housing among the nation’s major metropolitan areas.  WABE’s Denis O’Hayer spoke with CityLab co-founder Richard Florida.
