Creative Services & Project Management

We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Services Manager to lead our creative team in

developing compelling marketing materials and campaigns. The ideal candidate will act as a

project manager and will have a strong background in project management, marketing tools

administration, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive the success of

our marketing initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead and coordinate marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely

delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including programming, editorial, and

membership, to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.

• Working with internal and external designers to manage contracts, invoices, etc.

• Adapt to existing project management systems and processes to maintain departmental

and organizational deadlines

Marketing Tools Administration:

• Administer design tools and platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and user access for

the creative team.

• Collaborate with IT or external vendors to implement updates, integrations, and

troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.

• Apply design knowledge to various mediums (digital, print, podcast, television, radio, film,

etc.,) to ensure deliverables are accurately created and formatted as needed.

• Working with software such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva or similar software

Workflow Optimization:

• Analyze creative workflows and processes to identify opportunities for optimization and

efficiency improvements.

• Implement improvements to enhance team efficiency, collaboration, and project delivery.

• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing processes,

such as a playbook based on “Sounds of ATL,” to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with stakeholders across marketing and other departments to gather

requirements and ensure tools and processes align with organizational objectives.

• Foster strong relationships and communication channels to facilitate collaboration and

Qualifications:

• Three to five years’ experience in related industry with creative tool focus

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field;

preferred but not required

• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading

marketing projects from concept to completion.

• Strong technical skills with experience in administering marketing tools and platforms,

such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.

• Ability to adapt existing workflows and improve them by developing standard operating

procedures (SOPs) to drive efficiency and consistency.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate

effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple

projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
