The music of Christmas and the holiday season goes far deeper than “Jingle Bells” and “Joy to the World.”  Two groups in Atlanta specialize in what's known as “early music,” typically written in the 15th and 16th centuries, often for the church Atlanta Schola Cantorum and Camerata Theater each have performances coming up–both of these, interestingly, at St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church. So WABE's John Lemley headed down to their rehearsals to talk about early music, and about why St. Bart's is their ideal venue. WABE's Myke Johns produced this story.
