Growing up in the same home doesn’t always create the same experiences. Atlanta based, Anissa Gray’s novel, “The Care and Feeding of Ravenously Hungry Girls” is a family saga told from the perspective of three sisters.

Reviews of the novel have called this book “An American Marriage” meets “The Mother.”  Gray is an Emmy Award-winning journalist at CNN Worldwide. This is her debut as a fiction writer, and she discussed her transition to becoming an author with Lois Reitzes.

She will be in conversation with Atlanta-based author Joshilyn Jackson at 7:15 p.m. on Feb. 19 at the Decatur Library.

This event is free and open to the public. Both Gray and Jackson will be signing their books afterwards.
