Emory Film Series Presents ‘Black Lives On The Small Screen’

All Emory Cinematheque screenings are free and open to the public and take place Wednesday evenings on the campus of Emory University.

Every semester, Emory University’s Department of Film and Media Studies hosts a free weekly screening and lecture series, curated by Emory faculty. This semester’s Emory Cinematheque series features “Black Lives on the Small Screen.”

On “City Lights,” host Lois Reitzes spoke with series curator and film scholar Dr. Beretta E. Smith-Shomade.
