  • 1:21: Lois Reitzes talks with chef and author Alex Hitz about his new book, “The Art of the Host: Recipes and Rules for Flawless Entertaining.” Hitz will speak about the book at the Atlanta History Center on Oct. 2.
  • 20:34: “Fence” is a new work by the dance company Staibdance. Producer Claire Reynolds talks with the group’s artistic director and choreographer George Staib about the piece, which runs Oct. 3-6.
  • 34:46: Ryan McFadin talks with Greg Harris of the High Museum about their exhibit on photographer Clarence John Laughlin. The work will be on view at the High Museum through Nov. 10.
  • 43:28: Reitzes remembers soprano Jessye Norman, who passed away on Sept. 30.
