- 0:00: The Atlanta Journal-Constitution is asking the makers of the movie “Richard Jewell” to release a statement saying they took a dramatic license. In a statement, a spokesman for Warner Brothers told WABE that the film comes from credible source material and that the AJC’s claims are baseless. AJC Editor Kevin Riley joins “Closer Look with Rose Scott” by phone to discuss his response to the movie and Warner’s statement.
- 13:53: Oglethorpe University President Larry Schall joins “Closer Look with Rose Scott” in studio to reflect on a recent trip to the United States-Mexico border.
