9:54: Last week, the contest for the Republican nomination for governor went beyond just the remaining two candidates, Lieutenant Governor Casey Cagle and Secretary of State Brian Kemp. Former gubernatorial candidate Clay Tippins recorded a conversation he had with current candidate, and Lieutenant Governor, Casey Cagle. It was a conversation that took place last month following the primary election, which Tippins recorded on his iPhone. He then gave the audio to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and local TV station WSB. Rose Scott sits down with Tippins to talk about why he made the recording and what he hopes comes out of its release.
