Tuesday on “Closer Look with Rose Scott”:

  • 0:00: Rose gives a news brief on the high temperatures and a round-up of local cooling centers.
  • 2:20: At the Wellstar Atlanta Medical Center, a new program provides space for doctors, nurses and other hospital employees to focus on their own health. • Today, we visit the recently opened center and receive a tour from Kat Roberts, the manager of the program. Kat also credits Apollonia Fortuna, her teacher and mentor, and Christi Jordan, the Integrative Health Educator, for their help creating the center.
  • 25:39: On a recent trip to Atlanta, Tan France, fashion expert from the hit Netflix series “Queer Eye,” sat down with Closer Look to discuss his new memoir, “Naturally Tan,” his recent rise to fame, and what it was like filming the show’s first season here in Georgia.
  • 38:24: On today’s edition of the “Open for Business” series, we hear the story of Grantlanta Lawn, a local landscaping business. The businesses’ founder, Grant Wallace, launched Grantlanta three years ago while working as a musician. We join Wallace while he mows the lawn at a home in Grant Park.
