He joined “Closer Look” by phone to give us the latest on wait times and the number of travelers at the airport today.                                                                                                              Finally, former President Jimmy Carter was released from Emory University Hospital this morning.
  • 7:22: In addition to the Thanksgiving holiday, November is also known as National Adoption Month. Its history dates back to 1976 when then-Massachusetts Governor Mike Dukakis created a week dedicated to raising awareness about the need for adoptive families. Today, child welfare advocates say the need for adoptive families and awareness remains.
