PBS “Making Black America” Screening hosted by Jasmine Crowe of Goodr

Join community leaders, Jasmine Crowe-Houston (Goodr), Bosco (Slug Global) and Bem (Atlanta Influences Everything) for an exclusive screening of PBS new docuseries Making Black America.

The screening will be followed by a discussion on Black culture, Black business, and Black community. Drinks and refreshments will be served.

On October 4th, PBS is premiering a new series titled Making Black America: Through the Grapevine – an extensive four-part docuseries, by renowned scholar Dr. Henry Louis Gates, Jr., that chronicles the vast social networks and organizations created by and for Black people with hope, love, and sustained by joy.

Jasmine Crowe-Houston is hosting an exclusive pre-screening event of the first episode and discussion of the series in Atlanta on October 3rd at 4pm.
