As concert halls and public venues remain closed during the pandemic, musicians of all genres have moved to virtual performance. We’re going to hear about a concert streaming from Atlanta this Sunday from 2-3:30 p.m., featuring several local musicians with international experience. For classical music lovers as well as performers, many believe that chamber music is the most intimate form of music. Atlanta can boast having a robust chamber music scene, and two members of that community, pianist Julie Coucheron, and pianist Will Ransom joined “City Lights” host Lois Reitzes via Zoom.

Four of the premier Atlanta chamber music groups will come together to do a free online stream concert at First Presbyterian Church in Atlanta. The groups are Atlanta Chamber Players, Georgian Chamber Players, Emory Chamber Players and First Pres of Atlanta. The concert can be streamed here or here.
