Fulton County Property Value Spike Means Higher Tax Bills

Property values are up in Fulton County, and that’s led to steep increases in property tax assessments.

The Fulton County Board of Assessors predicted property values would rise by about 30 percent countywide. In parts of Atlanta, values were expected to jump by as much as 100 percent.
