The Tony award-winning musical “Fun Home” is based on the graphic memoir by MacArthur award-winning playwright, Alison Bechdel. The story illustrates a different way to look at coming of age and coming out.
The musical is known for its moving soundtrack that tells the story of Bechdel through different stages of her life.
Director, Freddie Ashley joined “City Lights” host Lois Reitzes to talk about the production. “Fun Home” will be on stage at Actor’s Express through Feb. 16.
