But, as with many industries, the paradigm shifted when COVID-19 came on the scene.

To get a sense of how the real estate market is faring in metro Atlanta and the rest of Georgia, Faron W. King joined WABE’s “All Things Considered” host Jim Burress by phone.

King is the president of the Georgia Association of Realtors.
