Real estate is a tactile, face-to-face kind of industry. Not many home sales happen “sight unseen.”

But, as with many industries, the paradigm shifted when COVID-19 came on the scene.

King is the president of the Georgia Association of Realtors.

Burress asked King about the coronavirus’ effect on the Georgia real estate market.
