He’s also an African American politician who sought the Republican nomination in the 2012 presidential race.
These days, he adamantly supports President Donald Trump and stands by his mission to launch an initiative here in Atlanta on Friday to woo black voters.
WABE “Morning Edition” host Lisa Rayam caught up with him at his Stockbridge office after he had heard that U.S. Rep. Adam Schiff announced that public impeachment hearings are set to begin in Washington, D.C.
