How Metro Atlanta Home Rent Varies By ZIP Code

The metro Atlanta counties with the highest median home rent prices for 2016 are parts of Fulton and Forsyth counties, according to Zillow Rent Index data compiled by the Atlanta Regional Commission and Neighborhood Nexus. 

Rent for the ZIP code 30327 within the two counties, which makes up the community of Buckhead, peaks at $4,760. The ZIP codes with the lowest median home rent, which is $801, include parts of Bartow, Fayette, Carroll, Fulton, Coweta, DeKalb, Paulding, Rockdale, Spalding and Clayton counties.
