Let’s go back to the year 1968.

It was a time of tremendous change and upheaval with the Tet Offensive during the Vietnam War, racial unrest and the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr.

It was a time where music inspired and helped inspire activism.

Paste Magazine compiled a list of the 15 best albums of that year.

As part of WABE’s ATL 68 series, Josh Jackson, editor-in-chief of Paste, joined “City Lights with Lois Reitzes” to talk about some of the most notable songs from those albums 50 years later.
