Live Reading of ‘Odyssey’ Will Be Epic

  This weekend, more than a dozen Atlantans will be giving a live reading of the epic poem The Odyssey by Homer. The Michael C. Carlos Museum is hosting the event, along with Theater Emory. WABE’s Lois Reitzes sat down with Elizabeth Horner, the Museum’s director of Education Programs. They talked about what to expect from a nine-hour reading, and the exhibit the event highlights, “Romare Beardan: A Black Odyssey.”
