Dining rooms at restaurants across Georgia are now empty due to new restrictions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

And, for now, it’s not clear when those businesses will be allowed to return to full service.

Chef Deborah VanTrece, owner of Twisted Soul Cookhouse & Pours, joined “Closer Look with Rose Scott” by phone Friday for a conversation about her strategies for staying in business during the COVID-19 pandemic and the challenges the restaurant industry is facing at this time.
