The developer, led by former Jamestown principal Jim Irwin, is proposing the nearly 2-million-square-foot project on the 10-acre former Georgia Power site.

According to this week’s Atlanta Business Chronicle, the new project would include two 12-story office buildings, a 50-to 75-room boutique hotel, 200,000 square feet of retail space and at least 700 residential units.

LAMB Properties is the joint venture partner. The goal is to break ground by the end of 2018.
