Playwright Tarrell Alvin McCraney is best known for the Academy Award-winning film, “Moonlight,” based on one of his stage works. McCraney’s 2008 MacArthur Fellowship led to one of his most lauded works, “The Brothers Size,” inspired by his own brother’s incarceration. The play opens this week at Actor’s Express.

Actors Terrance White, Aaron Sedrick Goodson, and Ibraheem Farmer joined “City Lights” host Lois Reitzes along with the director Eric Little to discuss the show. Little began with some context about “The Brothers Size” within McCraney’s cycle, “The Brother / Sister Plays.”
