In social media posts, students say they were prevented from leaving their classrooms by school administrators. Students, and their parents, are awaiting news of potential disciplinary actions for those who participated in the walkouts — Cobb County school officials told WABE news that any disciplinary action will come from the county.
• 2:05: A bill that would extend the statute of limitation for victims of child sexual abuse to sue is making its way through the General Assembly. It’s called the “Hidden Predator Act” and the bill’s sponsor, Rep. Jason Spencer, joins us in studio.
