We sat down for a conversation inside of Shifting Energy Eclectic Collectibles and Interiors, formerly the Oakland City flea, owned by Stefaniyemiya Ingram to learn more about the organization’s work. Amanda Rhein, Executive Director for the Atlanta Land Trust and Chris Norman, chairman of the Board of Directors explain how they plan to use a 1.8-acre site near the BeltLine Westside Trail to create affordable housing options for decades to come.
