- 0:00: Rose gives a news brief on a new ruling from the nation’s high court regarding the Trump administration’s proposed citizenship question on the upcoming 20/20 census.In a 5-4 Supreme Court ruling, the proposed citizenship question will not be added to the Census. The court also ruled by 5-4 that partisan gerrymandering is a political question not reviewable by federal courts.
- 2:23: New speed limits and parking restrictions for e-scooters went into effect on a portion of the BeltLine last week. The regulations are part of a campaign, called #BeltLineCharm, which encourages scooter etiquette and safety. Cary Bearn, chief bicycle officer of the city of Atlanta, joins Closer Look in studio to tell us more about how the city and BeltLine will enforce these new measures.
- 18:06: For the past 25 years, the Atlanta Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce has advocated for an inclusive business environment in the city of Atlanta. We hear more about the economic impact and successes of local area LGBT+ businesses from AGLCC Executive Director Chris Lugo and AGLCC member and business owner Emma Foulkes.

Today, Price regularly stars in BET’s television series, “American Soul.” She will also be a judge on the gospel singing competition “Sunday Best” which returns for its ninth season this Sunday, following a four-year hiatus.
