Thursday on “Closer Look with Rose Scott”:
- 0:00: The Atlanta City Council is scheduled to vote on a SmokeFree Atlanta initiative that would ban smoking in most public spaces around the city, including bars and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. American Cancer Society CEO Gary Reedy and former United States Surgeon General David Satcher talk about the importance of the measure.
- 22:49: In 1995, Dr. Bill Warren left his practice in Sandy Springs and began serving patients out of a spare room in a local church.
