  • 33:42: Georgia Tech’s new “Living Building” opened its doors for classes this week for the first time. Shan Arora, director of the Kendeda Building for Innovative Sustainable Design, and John DuCongé, senior project manager, recently gave Rose Scott a tour of the building, which aims to produce more energy than it uses. Today, we hear the final portion of the tour, and learn how the building aims to achieve “net positive waste.”
