- 0:00: Rose gives a news brief on the City of Atlanta’s new, two-year Action Plan for Safer Streets, which Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms announced this morning. Atlanta City Planning Commissioner Time Keane joins “Closer Look” by phone to discuss the plan.

- 10:58: An estimated 1.6 million Georgians lack access to high-speed internet. In rural areas of the state, 30 percent of residents lack access to broadband, according to the Federal Communications Commission. Deana Perry, Executive Director of Broadband at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, joins “Closer Look” in studio for a conversation about the state’s plan to bridge the digital divide.
