ELEVATE is Atlanta’s public art festival, hosted by the mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs. Through panel discussions, special exhibitions and performances and their annual block party, the festival aims to enlighten artists and the public about art and art resources in Atlanta. The festival is aptly themed “Enlighten” this year.
