‘The Art Of The Conductor’ Explores The Impact Of 20th Century Composers

The Art of the Conductor is a new four-part series with acclaimed Maestro Yoel Levi, in conversation with arts journalist Bob Bahr. The four-hour-long conversation centers on music of the 20th Century. The Art of the Conductor is sponsored by the Temple in Atlanta and will begin Sunday and run through Dec. 27.

The first discussion will focus on the works of Mahler and his impact on modern music. The series will also look at Stravinsky’s Firebird, Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms, and The Rite of Spring.
