Georgia Officials Weigh In On Elections And The State Republican Party

Now that the Electoral College has had its say and Joe Biden is President-elect, It’s fair to say this hasn’t been a pretty process for the state of Georgia, democracy, the Republican Party, nor Gabriel Sterling, the statewide voting system implementation manager for the secretary of state’s office.
He’s been attacked for repeatedly debunking unfound election fraud conspiracies, pushed by President Donald Trump and his supporters. He joined “Morning Edition” and shared his thoughts with host Lisa Rayam.

President Trump continues to attack Georgia’s governor and secretary of state for their refusal to break the law and overturn the state’s certified election results. Right in the middle is Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan.
Duncan helped to fend off some of the criticism when times really got tough. He joined WABE’s “Morning Edition” and shared his thoughts with the show host Lisa Rayam.
Election Day for the Georiga U.S. Senate and Public Service Commission runoffs is Jan. 5.
