The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra has a lot to celebrate. This year marks their 75th anniversary and the 250th birthday of Beethoven.
Concertmaster David Coucheron stopped by “City Lights” to talk about performing Beethoven’s Violin Concerto for the first time. And that happens tonight. Coucheron began the conversation with what makes Beethoven’s Violin Concerto a unique work.
The Violin Concerto will be performed at Symphony Hall Thursday at 8 p.m., Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m.
