True Colors Theatre launched a new podcast back in April, hosted by Artistic Director Jamil Jude.
The podcast, which has featured a number of prominent Atlanta artists, serves as a vehicle for timely discussions centered around inclusion, diversity and social change.
Notable episodes of the podcast include Jude’s discussion with Maiesha McQueen about systemic racism in the theater field and Jude’s own reaction to the death of George Floyd, whose killing by police inspired protests across the world.
Jude joined “City Lights” host Lois Reitzes to talk about the podcast, and what else True Colors has in store in the upcoming months.
