UGA To Open 2016 College Football Season In Atlanta

The 2016 college football season will open with the University of Georgia facing off against North Carolina in the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game.

The game will mark the debut of Kirby Smart at the new head coach of UGA.

This will be the 31st time the Bulldogs will play the Tar Heels, with UGA leading the series with a 16-12-2 record.

The Kickoff Game is scheduled for Sept. 3 at 5:30 p.m.

It will air nationally on ESPN.
