WABE grill master shares do’s and don’ts of grilling

Friday marks the Fourth of July, and residents across the Peach State are gearing up for Independence Day celebrations, including the Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Peachtree Road Race.

Ahead of the holiday weekend, Rose Scott, along with producer Daniel Rayzel and WABE engineer and grill master Sawyer Vanderwerff, opened the phones. The trio took calls from listeners who shared tips on everything from seasoning to searing, along with the dos and don’ts of grilling.
