Georgians are feeling a little bit of relief after Governor Brian Kemp signed a law suspending Georgia’s motor fuel tax through the end of May.
According to AAA, Georgia’s average cost for a gallon of gas is $3.81. Meanwhile, the national average is $4.12.
Recently, President Joe Biden expressed that skyrocketing gas prices are due to the current war in Ukraine and announced the release of oil from certain reserves to drive down gasoline costs.
