The future is uncertain for what’s next for 90 acres of land that was expected to be developed by Microsoft.

On Friday, a spokesperson for Microsoft confirmed that the tech giant has halted its plans to build a campus in Atlanta’s Grove Park neighborhood, saying the company is evaluating its global real estate footprint and focusing on creating density across all of its offices.

The spokesperson also confirmed that the land is not for sale and that the intention is to set aside 25% of the land for community needs.
