Former President Donald Trump and other defendants have been given the green light to appeal a judge’s decision allowing Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to remain on the Georgia election interference case.
The Georgia Court of Appeals will decide whether to take up the appeal.
Citing Georgia law, Fulton Superior Judge Scott McAfee found that the defendants’ motion to disqualify Willis, “is of such importance to the case that immediate review should be had.”
