The United States moves its embassy in Israel to Jerusalem Monday. It’s also the 70th anniversary of establishment of Israel.

Jewish communities around the world and here in Atlanta are holding their own observances as political and religious debates surrounding Israel continue.

Senior Rabbi Spike Anderson and Rabbi Max Miller are members of the clergy at Temple Temple Emanu-El in Sandy Springs.

They joined Denis O’Hayer on “Morning Edition” to discuss the anniversary and whether Atlanta area Jews and Muslims can find common ground in faith.
