A months-long investigation into Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention found at least 510 reports of human rights abuses across the country.

U.S. Sen. Jon Ossoff of Georgia started the investigation in January, with his staff interviewing law enforcement, attorneys, detained people and medical staff to uncover physical and sexual abuse against immigrants in detention since President Donald Trump started his second term in office.

Georgia advocates said this report is part of a long history of abuse in ICE detention.
