On his first day in office, President Joe Biden signed a number of new executive orders — one of them calling for $2 trillion to address climate change.
Here in the Atlanta region, several cites, governmental entities, colleges and universities are also working on measures of their own to address climate change.
The city of Decatur and Agnes Scott College are currently collaborating to create a new climate resilience plan with goals such as preserving green space and preparing for potential climate change-related natural disasters.
