Previously dubbed “the Mayor of Midtown,” Philip Rafshoon was the founder and owner of Outwrite Bookstore before it shuttered in 2012.
He now works at Midtown Alliance as the director of member operations.
Today marks the first day of National Pride Month, and Rafshoon joined “City Lights” host Lois Reitzes to take a look at some pride history.
