The Georgia Aquarium will soon be swimming with a much larger audience.

Discovery Communication Inc.’s (Nasdaq: DISCA) Animal Planet has greenlighted a new show that gives a behind-the-scenes look at Atlanta’s downtown aquarium, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Tentatively titled “The Aquarium,” the series is slated to premiere later this year and documents the aquatic animals living inside the Western Hemisphere’s largest aquarium, plus the people who care for them. It will also follow the day-to-day activities of the nonprofit’s biologists and researchers, and dive into the mechanics of the aquarium, which includes 70 miles of piping and 24-hour-a-day monitoring.
