Atlanta Boy Choir

For 50 years, the Atlanta Boy Choir has traveled the world as the city's musical ambassadors. On their last trip, the boys sang while floating in gondolas on Venice's Grand Canal.

The Atlanta Boy Choir celebrates its 50th concert season this year, with a performance Saturday, 05/10/2008, at Symphony Hall. The city council named both Friday and Saturday “Atlanta Boy Choir Day” in honor of the group. Mary Wiltenburg has this look at its past, present and future.
