The Falcons expect full attendance this upcoming season, but this depends on capacity restrictions set by the NFL and local government officials.

The Atlanta Falcons plan to create a “super fan” section at Mercedes-Benz Stadium that won’t require personal-seat licenses, the team told select season-ticket holders in an email Tuesday.

The Falcons are in the early stages of creating a branded area for the team’s most passionate supporters that will be located in section 134 near Molly B’s restaurant.

This is the franchise’s latest attempt to shed the reputation that it’s not fan-friendly, which stems from increased ticket prices since moving into Mercedes-Benz Stadium in 2017.

The defaults on these PSLs have reached over $30 million, according to the most recent financial audit.

Anyone who buys season tickets can join this 900-seat section. The team contacted nearly 150 season-ticket holders who are impacted by the changes on Tuesday.

PSL owners who’d rather not sit in the remodeled section have the option to relocate to another section.
