An Atlanta teenager on the city’s top 10 most wanted fugitive list has now been placed in custody.
Atlanta Police Department officers apprehended Vincent Steele, 19, early Friday morning after receiving a report of a larceny from a vehicle at 125 Milton Ave SE.
An off-duty officer noticed suspects in a white sedan breaking into adjacent vehicles at the location and requested assistance. Once the responding officials arrived on the scene, they attempted to stop the vehicle to no avail.
