In this installment of “Valerie Jackson In Conversation,” we speak to former U.S. Rep. Barney Frank. 

Frank served for over 30 years in the House of Representatives and was widely considered to be one of the most powerful members of Congress during his tenure. Jackson talks with the former congressman about his wide range of accomplishments from finance reform to gay rights.

He has a new autobiography, “Frank,” out which will be discussed along with his thoughts on how the Democratic Party needs to mobilize, where to prioritize and focus government spending, as well as the importance of voting to affect change.
