After years of planning, the City of Roswell is putting its money where its mouth is when it comes to the arts. As the city’s newly announced “Contract for Cultural Services,” will provide financial support for arts and cultural organizations.
The City of Roswell joins the city of Atlanta and Fulton County as one of the few, local government- based programs to offer funding for nonprofit arts and cultural organizations.
An unspecified number of contracts will provide up to $5,000 in funding for ‘arts and cultural services’, project support, and arts education. There will also be $1000 for the development of new ventures.
